Al-Shabab Warns Of “Kismayu full Take Over” By The Kenyan Army”

The spokesman of the Al-Shabab reminded about the stories of how Somali government and Kenyan Defence forces KDF battled inside Kismayu, the capital of lower Jubba, in which Al-shabab says it controlled for so many years.

Al -Shabab spokesman, Sheikh Ali Mohamoud Rageh alias Sh.Ali Dere,   added that the need is that Kenyan forces in Kismayu be attacked soon. He said if Kismayu does not return to the hands of Al-Shabab he is afraid Kismayu will fall under the hands of Kenyan government. Al-Shabab spokesman warned, that Kenyans wants to dominate Kismayu.

Sheikh Ali Dere reminded about, that Kenya would need to control Somali territories the similiar way collonialists had took over and already controlled Mandera, Garrisa, and jigjiga of Ethiopia. He said, “If Kismayu is not defended now it will be one of the lands under Kenya protectorate”, he has taken forexamples of that of the Somali towns politically controlled by Ethiopia such as Dagahbur, Jigjiga, Mandera and Garissa.

This speech, stressfully displayed by the spokesman of Al-Shabab has coincided with a time when Al-Shabab suffered deadly attacks and/or defeated while evacuated strategic towns that lastly remained under Shabab control. The towns abandoned by al-Shabab militias include, Kismayu, Jowhar, Baladwayne and Marko.
